Rears are installed. The only thing I don't really like is the way the OEM brake lines fit. I'll be changing them to aftermarket in the near future. Otherwise, the template was pretty conservative which is a good thing, so I have plenty of room:

Slight difference in size:

Fronts are next followed by bleeding.

They should be here tomorrow, and if they are I will install them before the weekend so you should not have to wait too long ?
Nice, see you on the next post.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Wow, you're not one to waste any time, looking good, and nice to know about the caliper clearance.

Fronts are installed. OEM brake lines fit perfectly on the front, so I'll only change the rears.

Less clearance on the fronts so the template is spot on:

Now to get them bled and road test.

Nice!! If performance is anything like appearance, be prepared to hit the windshield.

For future rotor and pad replacement do you have to stick with TeraFlex brands?

You ever used speed bleeders? I bought those for my motorcycle when I moved to stainless steel lines. Did it the old fashioned way the first time, everyone should have to before speed bleeders. I bled the brakes once then ended up totaling the bike. At least I got one use out of them! Also, the stainless steel lines didn't even need to be bled, loved them.

I am not sure. I think for the rotors you may (need to check into that), but the pads are Toyota Tundra (2015ish).

@TeraFlex - can you comment on the rotors?

Northridge4x4 is my preferred shop!
They certainly came through less than 2 days from the order to them being installed on the Jeep. Need to see about rear brake lines and will definitely check @Northridge4x4.

The rotors are Teraflex proprietary. The pads are Toyota format. You can buy any brand (e.g. Hawk Performance, etc.) that fits that format.

Excited to hear about your testing and thoughts with the new brakes. I have heard they are very good.

Considering my options as well, especially as the Jeep is getting quite a bit more weight. Got a taste for the current brakes when we moved from MN to WA. The Jeep was packed with a out 400-500lbs of extra gear. Definitely affected braking.

This is correct, the rotors are proprietary to our Delta kit for they are a larger diameter with a different rotor has spacing than the Toyota break rotors, The pads and pad hardware is direct from a '15 Tundra.

The bleeders that come with our Delta kit are actually quick bleeders, they have a spring and check ball in them.
