  1. DIY Jerry Can Mount for TeraFlex Alpha Hinge Reinforcement

Unfortunately not as of current. We still have plans to create such optional mounts, but we don't have an exact timeframe nailed down yet.
  2. 3.6L burns oil on steep inclines

If you can, post up a few pictures of the system you have. The best way to know would be to see if you have the can style PCV mounted in the system or not.
  3. Teraflex Delta Brake Upgrade!

Glad to hear you like and enjoy them! Thank you for posting up your thoughts and experience as well.
  4. Teraflex Delta Brake Upgrade!

Yes, our Nomad wheels both the original design and the new Split Nomads clear the Delta brakes without issue.
  5. Teraflex Delta Brake Upgrade!

We hand build and assemble the Delta kits here in Utah, so they're not always fully built and boxed up on the shelf ready to go. Most of the time we build them to order, which is a 1-2 week process. It may be worth checking if a vendor or local shop has them built on their shelf ready to ship.
  6. Teraflex Delta Brake Upgrade!

This is correct, the rotors are proprietary to our Delta kit for they are a larger diameter with a different rotor has spacing than the Toyota break rotors, The pads and pad hardware is direct from a '15 Tundra. The bleeders that come with our Delta kit are actually quick bleeders, they have a...
  7. Teraflex Track Bars, Who’s had no issue on your JL?

This is incorrect. The track bar is fitting and functioning correctly as described and intended. The issue you are having is coming from the added sector shaft brace, which is where the contact is being made. Like you said the added thickness of the bracket is pushing the bolt out farther to hit...
  8. Teraflex Track Bars, Who’s had no issue on your JL?

Where are you seeing the contact on the track bar? being a large forged piece some small amounts of material can be removed from the main bar if needed as long as it's done carefully. EDIT: Looking at the pictures in your last comment, I wouldn't directly recommend removing material from where...
  9. Teraflex HD JL/JT Ball Joints

Yes and no, I'll explain. Not all the parts in a complete ball joint kit come from the same supplier source. The main metallurgy components like the housing, ball stud, adjuster collar, etc come from Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Some of the hardware parts between the grease zerks, cotter pin...
  10. Anyone Have To Adjust The Height On Their TeraFlex Spare Mount?

I would recommend using a small amount of heat to make sure the loctite is broken loose, then use the jam nut method to back the studs out. Worst case should something go wrong, the studs can be purchased separately. (Part number 47-04-001-001)
  11. TeraFlex - New JL / JLU Products!

I will be upfront, I do not know if we have any plans to do a 4.5 Outback spring, for we only have 2.5/3.5 options for the moment. I'll log the request with my product development team however!
  12. Anyone stacking spacers?

Yes, the rear spacers are stackable, no worries there.
  13. Teraflex Olympus Beadlocks and Split Spoke Nomad Wheels

Interesting, that spec appears differently from the wheel we have in our office area. It is possible that we have a prototype wheel here since it appears to be differently cast on the backside as well.
  14. Teraflex Olympus Beadlocks and Split Spoke Nomad Wheels

We do not have the max weight rating listed on our official spec sheets from our supplier. However, you are correct, and the spec is cast into the back of the wheel. I will have our team update the info to the spec sheet guides. Regardless, the spec on the Split Nomads is Max 2650 lbs. The...
  15. Teraflex Olympus Beadlocks and Split Spoke Nomad Wheels

Sorry to hear you didn't get the info you are looking for! I will be upfront, we do not actually have an official load rating spec on our wheels that I can find. I know, not a fun answer and I apologize for that. However, I can say I've never seen a structural failure on any of our Nomad, Nomad...
  16. Anyone stacking spacers?

We do actually have a set of '1 inch spacers, which are found under part #1155100 for reference. You can stack the 0.5 spacers together to accomplish the same thing, it's up to personal preference really. It gets tricky using OEM wheels with no spacers or added parts. Technically, you can add...
  17. Anyone stacking spacers?

If you're looking for just the front spacers, you'd want kit part # 1155110. https://teraflex.com/jl-jt-0-5-coil-spring-spacer-load-level-kit-front.html
  18. Destroyed MBZ Sprinter = JLU Rubicon 4xe build

Sorry to see the detent arm install gave you issues! It can be a tricky install; if the detent rollers shift or move while inserting the arm, it can cause the arm act as if it's too short, which can cause to pop out and potentially get damaged. If you'd like, shoot us a direct PM on here with...
  19. Teraflex vs MetalCloak

Yes. Jokes aside, we don't recommend over 3 spacers stacked, but anything past 3 inches of spacer wouldn't be a great idea either.
