Hi again, one more question.

Would the kit linked below work for my 2022 JLUR/Fox ATS steering stabilizer relocation, if I add just the Synergy 4051-01 bolt to replace the big gold colored bolt?

Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit for OEM Tie Rod End (polyperformance.com)
Yep -- as long as you get the correct diameter clamp to fit the tie-rod. The one is that kit is for a 1.5" diameter and I thought you were running a MC tie-rod which needs a 1.625" diameter.

I "think" the OEM is 1.5", but it has been a minute since I upgraded. If it is, you are good to go.

According to the synergy website the stock is 1.625. The claim the JL/JT clamp they sell is for 1 5/8” tie rod which converts to 1.625”.

In that case @JKWMD - that is the wrong size and the number you posted is not the correct one.

I would run MC tie rod clamp with it, the Fox clamp looks like it’s not happy on that angle…. It may be fine, but it bothers me…..

The MC clamp comes with the stud on an angle …….

I personally like to see the stabilizer parallel with the tie rod………..

What about the Metalcloak Billet mount? It looks like bolt sticks out, won't that interfere with the shock shaft?

Yeah, that bolt would interfere…. Why not use a different axle bracket, synergy bolt , steersmarts, or something that doesn’t raise the stabilizer ? Or are you set on MC ?

I’m using synergy bolt, over 3 years with no issues……

The shop that installed my lift and steering stitch welded the Metalcloak relocation bracket for added strength I guess, so i'd like to continue using it but if it won't work I will need to have them take it off and go with the Synergy bolt.

Wow…. They didn’t need to do that….anyway, you can use a flat bugle head bolt in place of the bolt in the billet clamp……

I know they went a little overboard, they meant well, in any case that flat bolt could work! Finding one that will fit will be tricky.
