Get your Camber and Thrust angle fixed.... Camber is way out of wack........with those actual's it would pull to the left.

you have something else going on
Hard to fix camber on a solid axle.

toe looks good after they adjusted it...camber is a result of either shot ball joints or a bent axle.. if it is not the ball joints no real easy or good way to fix it...thrust angle is slightly off but probably not enough to cause your issues...

Besides what has already been mentioned, you need more caster. 6° caster will help.
You also may have a Brake caliper hanging up.

The amount of tire rotations, balances, and alignments I’ve done chasing this are crazy…have taken it to the dealership and two other mechanics. Both are stating they cannot figure out what is wrong.
When my JL was new, I installed a "pass-through" steering stabilizer and it solved my pull. As a trial you may want to try removing the stock stabilizer entirely and take a test drive. If the pull is gone, change out the stock stabilizer.

Years ago, I had a tierod end that would work loose. It caused it to pull. I kept chasing it and finally discovered that when I'd tighten up the tierod end, it would loosen within miles. It was a first gen Steersmarts with those crazy tapered bushings instead of tapered rod ends.

Check your tierod ends, especially check if you have aluminum knuckles. Those have their own problems.

AEV Steering Stabilizer. AEV suspension. Upgraded track bar. Cant recall the brand. 37s. Bfg ATs. Stock aluminum steering box.

Had multiple alignments done. Finally gave up and just live with it.
I have the same same AEV Bilstein stabilizer. Constant pull is there. I’ve been chasing it for a while

If you have a steering damper that is gas pressurized to extend or retract, that would push/pull the steering to one side.

Try switching up your tires. I've seen people talk about it on here before. Sometimes tires are just not up to par. You could probably find someone and swap tires with them for a week or two. I lent one of the guys on here my 35-in wheels and tires that I wasn't using for a week so they could run them on their Jeep and see if they wanted to upgrade to 35 themselves. There's plenty of nice people on here who might be willing to do that with you.

The guy who said the steering stabilizer could be right as well. I know when mine was pulling hard to the right, it was because the steering stabilizer was dented in and all of the fluid inside had leaked out. I didn't realize it at the time, but if you have any large dents in your steering stabilizer, that might be the culprit as well!

I was playing around with my steering stabilizers for about 6 months and had tried multiple different types of setups before I finally decided the rough country dual steering stabilizer was the best one for me. You going to need at least a 2-in lift to run it successfully, but it's pretty damn good with my 37s. I've got a little bit of scraping/rubbing on my dual steering stabilizer setup, but I'm also only running a 1.5 in lift. As long as it's not leaking the fluid inside I'm cool with it. Sits on top of the tie rod, so when I go off-roading next time, I won't be denting in my steering stabilizers! :handsinair:

Thanks for the advice everyone, here is some more information everyone has been asking for. I did install front and rear shocks for a 0-4” lift, a bilstein steering stabilizer, and an adjustable front and rear track bar. I installed all of these to get rid of death wobble which it did. I drove around with the steering stabilizer off and the pull did not get fixed. I rotated and balanced all the tires which did not fix the pull. I made sure my axle was centered and both track bars were aligned, I even took it to a mechanic who confirmed this. The dealership could not figure it out and thought maybe the TSB for steering gear box would fix it (maybe). 3 separate mechanics confirmed no frame damage or worn parts.

When you hit the brakes moderately, does the pull continue or stop?

It’s lulls regardless of braking. Brake shop confirm the calipers aren’t sticking.

Try rotating the tires and see if anything changes before throwing parts and time at it.

I'd like a bit more caster. You can add the Mopar lift lower control arms for $60-80.
After striaghtening my steering wheel and pulling the power steering fuse to reset it the pulling is better. There is still a pull to the right but not as severe, the Jeep will track straight in the opposite side of the road with the crown. I am going to order these parts and let y’all know if it helps, thanks!
