Same. I ordered my first ever thing from them last week, new tube doors. One is bent but they were super cool and immediately shipped a new pair out. I blame UPS.

I understand delays especially with the way the world is these days. The thing I don’t like is Quadratec taking the money out of our bank accounts before confirming if the item is even in stock with their supplier.

I’ve bought multiple items from Qtec before, and only ever had one issue (mis-picked item), and they resolved it quickly and professionally. My only gripe is that I didn’t win their last modified jeep giveaway, but you can’t win em all. ?

Rebecca - I appreciate your response, but "already been taken care of" should mean that my order is complete and that I have all parts that should be included. I just see that the new order is shipping from "3rd party". I originally ordered this on May 2 and it was listed as "in-stock." I don't consider this a good experience.

Im not on the Quadratec bandwagon but I will say this, have had a couple of interactions including a cancellation and they did everything as expected.

Recent order on a dead pedal on a Wed and received Friday. Fast shipping and had it in time for the weekend run to see what all the fuss was about. I wouldn't have any issues ordering from them in the future. Watch many of their install videos as well.

How much of my business is this company willing to lose? Still waiting for Quadratec to ship me the parts that were missing from my mat. Order status has said "In Shipping" since May 16th. I could have driven to your warehouse and picked them up myself quicker than that. The amount of business you have lost from me since this issue continues to increase. Guess you really don't give a shit about your customers.

I am very sorry for the delay and inconvenience of this warranty order. As I explained previously, this was fulfilled by the manufacturer directly, so this is not physically in our warehouse. I am very sorry for the delay of this warranty replacement. I have reached out to the manufacturer for an ETA, as explained in our private messages. I will message you back as soon as I hear back from them. If we had these parts in our warehouse, we would have certainly fulfilled this for you already. Try blaming the right company!!! I will bet a dollar to a donut this was not Quadratec. How do I know, because this is what I do for a living. I work for a competitor of Fedex, and UPS. I see stuff like this all day, and have delivered stuff like this many times. Companies will not ship something that looks like that nor will the driver pick it up in that shape. The delivery company that delivered it was to blame. Most of the time It gets damaged in the shipping process. Your on west coast, and Quadratec is on east coast. Which means it hit 2 or 3 semi trucks, and or a plane. 2-3 docks and about 20 different dock workers handling it.
X2 — not Quadratec’s fault. The quality of available shipping has declined sharply with the pressure from HUGE increases in volume, competition, and pressure to increase profits.

We live in a rural area and have come to rely heavily on Amazon. We typically receive 8 to 10 packages per month. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t allow you to select the shipping company… FedEx, which used to be near perfect, has been awful for us over the last few years. Last winter we found several FedEx packages just dumped in the slush, by a stump, in the woods near the end of our driveway — about 75 yards from our porch and exposed to the snow and rain. Recently, FedEx delivered a pair of shoes addressed to a woman with a different last name who lives in another town about 25 miles away. I spent almost 40 minutes on the phone with FedEx customer service. I spoke to two people, and neither had a solution, so I took the package to a FedEx shipping center. They had no solution either — until I escalated to the store manager who reluctantly agreed to accept the package (but didn’t appear to have a plan to get it to the rightful owner.)

Our driveway is well marked and less than two miles from our rural post office, but USPS has lost our packages or returned them as “undeliverable” more than two dozen times over the last two years.

The only shipper that continues to perform reliably for us is UPS, but one of our million dollar Rockslide steps arrived via UPS with a box in tatters and missing parts, so UPS isn’t perfect either. The difference is the UPS driver took photos of the destroyed box and protruding parts and made it part of the shipping record, so my call to Rockslide produced an instant favorable response. (They expedited another step that day and sent me a shipping return label for the destroyed one, which I packed in the box the new step came in.)

I've had good experiences with quadratec, however I am disappointed that on the order I just placed, the first responder discount is less than a Jeep club member discount and the discount for Wrangler forum member was not recognized.

Going on 3 months and still no resolution from @Quadratec. They just keep blaming a 3rd party and really have no desire to take ownership to get this resolved. You would think they'd care about the thousands of dollars I take elsewhere over a 10 cent parts but I guess not.

Here's my new way of shopping Jeep parts. Peruse Quadratec to find what I want and then promptly find it somewhere else and order it. Better than risking their poor customer service and complete lack of urgency resolving issues.

Hey @Quadratec , try taking ownership of your 3d party problems and put in some actual effort to resolve issues is a timely manner.
