It's been cooling off in North Texas quite a bit. I think the high today was like 87. But this morning it was like 65. I run with my PSI around 32 on all four. This morning my PSI was 29 all around. The light indicator goes off anything under 30 I think. And then stays on until you get it back up to 35.

I'm on the last leg of my tires, I might as well just leave mine at 37 for the fluctuating temperatures we're going to get here in Texas for the next couple months.

@Renenal it could be that you had a nail or something in your tire, it leaks a little bit on your drive out there, and then at some point right before you stopped, it worked its way out. That happens. I've had that happen myself. And because the nail is so small, the rubber just seals itself.

I pulled a nail out of my tire on month six of ownership, it was right in the thick of the lug, but went all the way through. It was a tiny skinny long nail, and after I yanked it out, the rubber sealed itself up. I threw some baking soda and liquid cement on top and try to work some of it into the groove. If you don't know that stuff is like concrete. Great way to mess up someone's day if you put it on their window, great way to plug up a tire too.

Like anything, keep an eye on it. With time it will either show itself again, or you'll forget about it. Hopefully the ladder.
Didn’t consider a temporary puncture. Thank you for the baking soda suggestion, had not heard of that but next time I will try that if it is a possibility.

I unmarry & unplug the Tazer before taking it to the dealership because:
  • Whoever happens to be looking at my Jeep might decide to be an asshole and nuke my warranty. For most of us (with the possible exception of @Tredsdert) that would be "bad", as in "crossing the streams" bad.
  • There was some scenario where saved settings would overwrite new settings from a dealer update...or something similar. Maybe @Rhinebeck01 remembers the details?
Always unmarry the Tazer JL before any dealership visit... also remove the Tazer JL and be sure to you reconnect the Security Gateway... Yes, even if you are just bringing the vehicle in for an oil change, etc..

If you leave the Tazer JL married and drop the vehicle off at the dealership ..... and if the Tech there uses the wiTECH 2 to perform a PCM reflash to incorporate a Stellantis recommended software update(s), the wiTECH 2 will overwrite everything the Tazer JL had set previously.

Yes, even when dropped off for just an oil change, very often a Tech will hook up the vehicle to the wiTECH 2.... especially if the dealership work load is light and the Tech is looking for $/for work.

But an even bigger issue... is that when you do your next Tazer JL, unmarry in the future.... your JL would lose whatever new update(s) done the last time at the dealership.....and all would be returned back to the original settings. This being done can cause big issues to include leaving the JL, unusable. To get things corrected would not be covered under factory warranty.

Thanks. That last part was what I was thinking of, but wasn't quite sure of the scenario.

I love my Tazer

TPMS set to 28
Lockers anytime i want it
Parksense off without the stupid error on the dash
Winch Idle up ( i use it for airing up too. Compressor pulls alot of power. I air up from 16 PSI to 28PSI on 37")
engine Cooling fan full on ( Great for those hot slow moving off roading days)
Gear ratio change ( helps adjust speedometer and adjust engine RPM shift points)
Tire change ( helps adjust speedometer and adjust engine RPM shift points)
Engine auto off memory ( Absolute worst thing ever created in a car ESS...)

I'm considering using the PIN lock aswell. Cool feature if i can get the wife to remember the pin

I might be missing a few, or even unaware of a few features.

Mine is set at 25psi and definitely doesn't alert at 23-24psi. Once triggered you do have to go above the set point to turn it off though. One of the 39s is at 24psi right now as I shoot for 28psi, overfilled that one, then let too much out.
With the Tazer you can get it aired down to what ever you like. Just remember that when you are where you are going have your compressor ready..
