Was curious if any JL owner has seen this issue recently. So I've owned my 21 JL since September 2021. The whole time until now I would only get a low tire pressure warning light when a tires pressure went below 30. I keep my tire pressures around 34 to 35. So today im driving down the road and I see the low tire pressure light illuminated and in the tire pressure display it says all four tires are low and increase pressure to 37 . I am wondering if Jeep made a software update and changed the threshold on what is low?
Has anyone else's changed?

That is common when there are rapid changes in temperature. My tires were in the 32-33 range and I hadn’t had a chance to air them up. We had a major cold snap and all four went down to 29 overnight. I see you are in Florida, are you in the area that had the cold snap? I doubt if Jeep changed anything.

Yes temps have been cold but recently warmed up but the light is coming on at 35 lbs, I just thought under 30 lbs is what made light come on but maybe it's a different calculation

A tazer can allow you to set a lower parameter.

The light won’t reset until the tire (s) have at least 36 lbs in them. Fill them up to 36/37 to see what happens. If it resets you can reduce the air pressure to your liking.

Aired down a lot, don't replace TPMS when they stop working, just generally ignore that light always. Lick your finger and stick it to the sidewall to check the psi, works much better.

In my experience, if any of your tires dipped below the low threshold, and triggered the light, they will need to be aired up to the high threshold (37 psi, I believe) to get the light to go out. You can then air back down to your preferred pressure. Tazer and JSCAN both allow you to alter the thresholds at which the light goes on and off.

So you are saying that the display showed they had 34-35 psi and the light was on? Has it been abnormally cold in your area recently? Likely what happened that the cold temperature caused the pressure to drop low enough to trigger the light. Than the temperature went back up and the tire pressure went back up. If the light comes on at 30 psi it will stay on until the tires are inflated all the way back up to the threshold pressure (37 psi according to the above). So if they went to 30, triggered the light, and then went back up to 34-35 psi the light will stay on until you put more air in them.

Once the TPMS warning is thrown it won't clear until it reaches the proper PSI. If it snaps to 29 PSI on start but quickly warms up to the mid 30s it won't go off by itself.

The threshold is customizable with the tazer or other applicable tool

Yes it was cold in my area the night before in the high 20s..It possibly could have caused tires to go below 30 but when I left the house tires where at 35 with low tire pressure light on and message saying inflate to 37. I am now at 36 and everything has now cleared. As someone on here said i think once it went below 30 it wouldn't clear until I hit 36 but now probably won't trigger the warning light unless I got under 30
