    I ended up mounting lights in my spare tire delete, it’s amazing haha.

    How did you fit those lights behind that plate? Aren't they much deeper?

    I love it, but then I'd have to put my spare in my only trunk space. Which may not be bad with a bikini and no carpets setup...

    Yes the lights are deeper than the allowed space. I cut the center out of the air outlet vents in the tailgate to allow room for the lights. I tucked the wiring inside the trim panels along the side and up to the aux wiring under the dash (aux4).

    Here is what I did a week ago. Wired into the left tail light. The white wire with the brown stripe is the reverse light circuit. I like how the lights go right along the guidelines on the screen. I used the flush mount rigid LEDs that you guys were talking about putting in the reflectors.

    It's the steel bumper without parking sensors. The holes I drilled are close to where the parking sensors would be.
