So my driver side taillight caught water and shorted out my backup light; I swapped it out for a new “Plug n Play” backup LED, but when I shifted it into reverse the LED started flickering.
Every source I check says “reverse lights don’t need any additional wiring or splicing, although turn signals and brake lights do” So what would the problem be here?
ps: This was tested on the working tail light (passenger side), because the water shorted out the wire module. [Photo attached]
