2 kids. 13 yr old girl, 8 yr old boy. Both love it. My daughter doesn’t like riding in our other 2 vehicles any more and enjoys the Jeep even though her hair … ?. On recent FL trip- They both complained a little about it being hot back there (with soft top up and AC blasting ) but never complained about seating. Wife, on the other, had to stop and stretch and I (6’2”) was feeling it to in legs and back.. Wondered if seat jackers would help although she’s not that tall.

7 and 10 year old girls here. They love it. Plenty of room. Both very tall for their age. Plenty of room for them. Only thing they don’t like is getting hair blown around when top off. But they put up with it because they love the Jeep!

We have 2 boys, 12 and 4. The 4 year old is still in a forward facing car seat. He sits behind the passenger seat, which is typically my 5'2" wife, so no issues there. On long trips if I need a break and take the passenger seat, I have to slide it back but there is still room for the 4 year olds legs to hang. The JLU Rubicon is nicer than our JKU we had because the front seats have a cut out that gives more leg room, and they are a hard plastic that we can clean off from all the dirty shoes. Fitting 2 back there wouldn't be an issue.

2 kids, 5 and 7, both in Diono car seats. One on each side. The center armrest comes down with the Diono seats as well.

2, 4, and 7. Three seats across in both the JLU and JT. They love the Jeeps and anytime the weather is nice for more than a few hours the 2 year old orders doorless and open top driving ?

Forward facing is fine, I have no issue at 5,11.

Rear facing is a different story.

5 year old just let his feet hang, he has no issue, not sure if the 7 year old has an issue, sometimes his feet just hang, or he crosses them, it feet on centre console.

They both hated rear facing, but that's probably not a Wrangler only issue

I joked before but I have a 1 yr old and a 4 yr old. I have a rear facing on the passenger side and forward behind the driver. Neither are an issue for us. If I have a taller passenger then the rear facing gets tight or impossible. I am usually on the driver side at 5'11" and my wife is 5'1".

We have the Diono Radian 3RXT. The headrest posts interfere with the upper part of the car seat (headrest posts do not simply come out). The interference caused the car seat to not properly install (was too loose at the top…even with latch strap as tight as possible).

I took it to a shop that does install for Katskin…and had them remove the entire headrest assembly from inside the seat.

with that removed the seat fits properly and securely.

My wife would not allow the kid to ride with me until she felt the car seat was installed properly.

the kiddo loves the Jeep!

And while not part of your original question, there is one negative...They all always really, really want to play their music and play it loud in my Jeep. While Kid 1's main music playlist mirrors mine (classic rock from 70s and 80s, a little into the 90s), the other two always want to listen to KPop. There have been a few arguments about that.

4 Kids here (9,7,4,3) We rotate car seats depending on who's riding but 3 kids and 2 car seats fit fine.

I'm 6'2 and have plenty of room up front.

We just had our first and a rear facing seat (a bulky doona seat at that) fits behind me (im 5'10). I cant imagine a front facing seat that wouldnt fit.
Do you think a Doona will fit in a 2-door?
