?

I inquired directly with BFG as to whether setting completely deflated on their K02 tires would damage them. We'll see what they say.

You took the correct path on this, thanks to the good advise on the forum. I would be livid to see something like that on those expensive tires and rims. In all of my years being involved with dealers and service centers, I have never seen the tires flattened. They are always removed.

*Update* service manager said i have nothing to worry about because the jeep sitting on flats wont damage the tire. he "has been in the business for 20 years and does this all the time to all types of vehicles".. i also called a few other dealers and they said the same thing.. one even said "how am i supposed to reach in the engine bay if the car it too tall?".. i guess what they're really saying is that i'm Sh*t out of luck and can't do anything about it. this is some BS and a damn shame. hopefully i wont have any issues with the tires. thank you to all that responded and let this be a lesson learned to anyone having their car serviced at the dealer
