2019 JL Wrangler Sport S 3.6L Auto 2 door, 2.5" lift, 35s
Best damn daily driver I've ever owned, by far, bar none. I purchased my 2019 JL 2 door Sport 3.6L Auto in November 2019. So almost 2020. Just rolled 100K on the odometer. My build is pretty conservative, Mopar 2" lift, 35's with Teraflex Quick Disconnect Swaybar Link kit and a Rubicon takeoff stubby front bumper with Warn 10K winch.

I take this thing everywhere I care to point it here in my home state of Colorado. I take it above treeline as often as possible, in fact I'm leading a Saints John run within the White River National Forest, Dillon Ranger District, Forest Service Road #275.1 next weekend.

Wouldn't trade this Sport in for anything. When these axles wear off, I may even consider putting in lockers. However, I haven't needed them yet.

I routinely get 24mpg comuting along the Front Range around Metro Denver and smile from ear-to-ear everytime I'm in this thing. Either, on or off pavement, on or off road, 2Hi, 4Hi and especially 4Lo this vehicle does everything I care to attempt.

Oh ya, I spent $27K on it and its worth way more to me now than when it left the dealership lot. Really, this is the best vehicle I've ever owned.

Keeping mine until it blows up I guess or till this second engine needs replacing. The value of the Jeep is less than it would cost to put another engine in there for sure.

I'm not sure what would happen to it though. It's too modded to be sellable. So I guess just hoping this new engine lasts me at least another 100k miles.

Absolutely. If my numbers are even close to accurate then a new battery without labor should around $2k. No way people are paying cash for Jeep's current mark up price once warranty is out. Mine's a 2023 so I'll have a couple years to watch how Jeep prices out non warranty repairs before my warranty is up.
The risk is for people that high mileage these 4xe, then run out of warranty before the 8-10 years, the 2021 has 10 year.

For this reason people should avoid the fleet vehicles getting dumped back on the market after a couple of years with 40k miles.

If this were a Prius, I'd say there's not much risk. Looking at a couple reddit threads I'd guess most people are getting 200k miles out of prius battery. That is... better longevity than most people will probably get out of a jeep wrangler.

I’ll run my Jeeps right into the ground, because unless for some unrealistic reason Jeep decides to go back to basics I won’t be buying another new Jeep. (Unless they come out with a V8 Gladiator🤞) I’ll do complete drive train swaps to keep my current Jeeps on the road if that’s what it takes.

Mine's a keeper. My dream when I bought him was to be grandpa driving the grand kids around in a manual transmission, internal combustion engine Jeep. My son isn't even dating anyone yet so that may take some time. Meanwhile my Wrangler and I have an understanding: I take care of him and he takes care of me. We've bonded, and we're in it for the long haul.

Just gave him some cool new Combat Offroad black out hood latches and seat jacker shorties. He's smiling and so's my back.

Mines a keeper, she’s paid off no reason to get rid of it. I’m just starting my build anyway, I have a lift sitting in my shop waiting for wheels and tires to show up.

The Prius is purpose built for high mileage, a PHEV is the opposite, as reflected by the electric range.

Define "ground".

Earth's surface: The solid part of the earth's surface, including soil and land.
Basis or reason: A foundation or logical basis for something, like a belief or action.
Electrical connection: A connection between an electrical device and the earth, often for safety or as a reference point.
Specific areas: A piece of land with a particular purpose, like a hunting ground or the land surrounding a house.
Background or surface: The background in a picture or the surface a painting is applied to.
Sediment: The solid particles that settle at the bottom of a liquid.

As a verb:
To bring down: To cause something to come to the ground.
To found or base: To establish something on a certain basis.
To restrict: To limit someone's freedom of movement or activities (e.g., grounding a child).
To connect to ground: To make an electrical connection to the earth.
To hit a ground ball: In baseball or softball, to hit a ball that bounces on the ground.
To run aground: For a ship to hit the bottom.
To instruct: To teach the fundamentals of a subject.
To fix firmly: To make something stable and secure.

Maybe another year, then I plan to swap to the Ranger hybrid. Both for tax reasons and because I am tried of having to rent a van so often. Plus, I live close to work and have a crap load of solar capacity.
The Wrangler has been okay though. Not too many issue with it. I have owned 13 Jeeps since 1993, starting with a CJ5, but I doubt I would get another one. It's just hard to justify the costs, especially how anti-consumer Stellantis is.
Likely I will wait a few years to see how the Ineos reliability is and how they treat their customers longer term and then we will see.

Planning on keeping my 2020 JLUR 2.0 for as long as it will have me ☺. First and only Jeep after alternating between 4WD trucks and sports cars. I love its capability, layout and ease of working on it.
At 102K miles (ironically used it for business travel as it was comfortable), it’s been pretty bulletproof. Only needed repairs were a new transmission cooler (factory install issue covered by FCA) and a small oil separator seep at 95K miles. The latter was a great example of why it still impresses me after lots of miles. While a complex engine, it was easy to perform the repairs myself.
She’s a keeper!
