Well, it can be disabled by cutting the right wire(s), but most people aren't willing to live with the rather severe ramifications. That'd require gonads of a size similar to those lugged around by @Tredsdert.

BLD is not like lockers, it requires more skills. Watch the two, one is so good with throttle and red Jeep is just flooring it
