How can I disable the BLD?

That approach works if your goal is to play around, get stuck, then show how amazing your gadgets are at getting you out.

I'm thinking most of us here simply prefer not to get stuck.

I found a friend from a Facebook Jeep group, I told him if he knew about BLD and how to disable it. He said what the hell is that, I told him it helps you when you get stuck, he said he doesn't get stuck with his Jeep, I told him you do get stuck but you don't realize BLD is working

The same could be said for rarely used buttons in just about any vehicle.

ATRAC does EXACTLY the same as the various traction control modes in our Jeeps. It’s just the Toyota-proprietary name for it, and arguably a slightly better system.

The problem folks have with BLD, Muhammad, is that many don’t know how to properly use it, as we’ve previously discussed.

No, it was 100% truck, that's what crawl control does, you just set the throttle 1 to 5

Toyota does make solid 4wd system. I sold my 4Runner because of its IFS

I like how they try to justify putting drum brakes on it at the end of that video. According to them, it's not because they are cheaper it's because they are better for off road trucks. Yeah, right.

I was wondering the same thing. Won't the drum trap the sand whereas it'll be flung from the discs?
