What are you trying to do?How can I flip the rearview mirror? Does it just pop off the ball mount? I'm feeling a fair amount of resistance and am scared I'll break something if I pull too hard.
Anyone done this yet?
If you rotate (so the bottom is at the top) your mirror it will sit a little higher/closer to the top of the Jeep. I think it improves visibility as it does not hang as low in the windshield and perhaps improves angles for lifted Jeeps. What are you trying to do?

Mine did pop off. You do have to muscle it back on. I actually twisted and removed the mount to put it back together. There are wires that you need to be aware of, but everything went back together fine. How can I flip the rearview mirror? Does it just pop off the ball mount? Ah okay, never heard of that being done but it does make sense. If you rotate (so the bottom is at the top) your mirror it will sit a little higher/closer to the top of the Jeep. I think it improves visibility as it does not hang as low in the windshield and perhaps improves angles for lifted Jeeps.
It doesn't like to.Mine does not seem to want to twist past the plastic. Wish I could see a video of somebody doing this
Any advice on putting back the mount? Mine came off and I cannot see how to put it back on??Mine did pop off. You do have to muscle it back on. I actually twisted and removed the mount to put it back together. There are wires that you need to be aware of, but everything went back together fine.
If the neck popped off, point the mirror and neck towards the driver's side and as you push the neck up into the frame, twist it back centered.Any advice on putting back the mount? Mine came off and I cannot see how to put it back on??
