Do you know the extended/collapsed lengths of the Mojave shocks? If not, could you measure them when they arrive?
Fronts are :
15.750 - 23.750

Rears are :
17.750 - 25.750

They weigh 12.5 lbs each. Have 14mm bolts both front and rear upper and lower. They are no joke, full Fox Racing shocks. Not a made for Mopar and are missing something. They are bad to the bone internal bypass shocks.
Need to make some bushing/spacers and will get them on soon.

This is awesome... I can't wait to hear how this rides. Are you doing the Mojave front spring also (or any spacer lift)?

For those who don't know, the shock lengths are almost identical to Rubicon:
Front:
15.750" - 23.625"

Rear:
17.750" - 26.000"

I'm currently on a set of synergy 2" springs, front and rear. I'll run the Mojave on those with 2" shock bracket.
The non tech feel of just smashing them by hand, they are in-between the JT Rubicon Fox and the stock JL Red Rubi shocks. But, they have internal bypass that kick's in at the top and bottom of travel. They really firm up the last 2" or so of travel, both top and bottom, both compression and rebound.

That's good to hear. I was wondering how much it relied on the jounce bumpers, and the extra compression on the bottom 2" may be part of the equation.

Easiest way to make rear JT Rubicon shocks work on JL is to order and install the JT Rubicon front bushings in them.

Top PN 68274895AA
Bottom PN 68274045AA
I ordered these and while the top is correct the bottom is not. The outer diameter is too small see picture below,

Hope this helps others, meanwhile i’m Looking for the correct one.

To further elaborate on this, the bushings have the same part # but are clearly different. I am Able to insert the bushing with my hands, it is not a press fit.

I went ahead and installed them and they are an improvement over the red Rubicon shocks. They are much less jarring over bumps. I am ordering M14 bolts and nuts for the bottom mount and will reinstall the original bushings.

Now I am in the market for another set for the other JL!

You’re right, the bottom is push fit, and not press fit.
I installed them anyway, and it works fine.

Do you think I should remove it and use the proper bushing?

I think eventually they will get loose and end up with a klunk in the rear end.

Damn that would suck.

I have it bolted down to 80ft lb torque.

I hope it doesn’t get loose

I'm thinking if we can order the JL Rubicon(or sport/Sahara) bottom bushings and install them on the JT Gladiator rear fox shocks.
