Well I must say this is a cool idea, the lights turn with your steering like a fancy car lol. Got the brackets and took maybe 10 minutes to put them on. Looks like stock 2dr rubicon height was not thier target audience, lights will be shining on the back of the bumper still. Bought thier lights but lost one along with the jeep key somehow while putting these on lol. Time to redesign it and buy a new key.

You lost an ignition key installing them? That's an expensive install.
Not sure on having lights down there for my type of wheeling. There is a lot of mud and water here.

Yep our best guess is left it on the fender. It's either that or a racoon drug them off. We had both sets of keys (mine, hers) out on the deck next to where we installed these and the mopar lcas. When finished packed everything up and took it inside. Didn't see my keys so just figured we grabbed them with the tools since thats where they were laying.

I try to stay out of the mud around here, it's sand sand and more sand with some beach driving and a 110 mile round trip commute 4 days a week so I figured I would give these lights a go. Honestly just bought them so donuts at night look cooler

How do you think these would work with the OEM steel bumper in stubby mode?
That is what I am running. If you are a inch or more over a stock rubicon it should be fine. At stock height I can't aim them up enough without hitting the back of the bumper with the beam. Once you start Turning its fine though

I just finished painting the brackets.
What did you torque the bolts to after install?

Are you mounting the light on top or under the bracket?
On top but I'm moving them under with some spacers and a plate I think. The slot wasn't long enough to mount low, the rear heatsink hit the bracket
