So I attempted this installation yesterday and that damn bracket wouldn't line up. I tried using a jack to apply tension but no luck. Did you guys have any issues with this? If so, any recommendations?
My bracket for fit to the axle perfectly. Prior to install I had to adjust/reorient the mounting points on the stabilizer to fit the mount however.

I have no idea what I was doing yesterday but it fit up perfectly this afternoon. I also installed a Teraflex track bar and it rides like a dream! I think I have it on 15 or so clicks. Lost count, but I really like the set up and would highly recommend this!

Night and day difference for me, this and a teraflex steering stabilizer create a 90% improvement in steering .. just have a touch of dead spot left but it’s totally bareable

Thank you so much, I just switched the bracket over and have my stabilizer back on. Fox likes red loctite almost as much as FCA does for body mount bolts.
Do you have any images of how you mounted this up? I am planning on installing the Synergy Steering kit and was wondering how this all looks once completed. From what i Understand you need (Synergy tie rod)(803-02-056) 1 1/2 inch Fox Aluminum Tie Rod Mount for the Axle side and then Synergy Manufacturing 8806-01 Track Bar/Steering Stabilizer Mount Stud for 07-20 Jeep Wrangler JK and JL for the adjustment end since the new tie rod gets rid of the stock mounting location.

You don't need the Synergy steering stabilizer mounting stuff if using the Fox JK ATS kit (FOX-983-02-142) with the synergy tie-rod. The Fox JK ATS comes with the track bar replacement bolt that mounts one side and the clamp for the Synergy tie-rod (1.5" diameter).

I am running the Synergy tie-rod and drag link with this Fox ATS part above and all works fine together.

I have Fox® Racing Shox 983-02-148 installed on my 19 JL and it only came with the axel bracket.

Ok, if you have the JL kit you need the following:

Synergy 8806-1 (Track bar steering stabilizer mounting bolt)
FOX 803-02-056 (1.5" mount clamp)

Post #74 is a picture of what it looks like mounted up with a Synergy tie rod.

Hello everyone!

Would this item "https://www.quadratec.com/p/synergy...izer-relocation-kit-wrangler-jl/stock-8807-04" also be compatible with the "Fox® Racing Shox 983-02-148" (for my JL) ?

I order from abroad and everything from Quadratec and as they don't have the item you mention I wonder, before ordering, if it could be possible instead of the "FOX 803-02-056".

Be careful, you specify that you need a "FOX 803-02-056 (1.5" mount clamp)", but on a JL with the original bars (like I have) it's "1-5/8 OD tube" that should be used, so the article I put above in my message to Quadratec.

Thank you all for your advice and help.

Gruetzi!

Yes, if you follow the thread you will see I reference 1.5" for a Synergy track bar. The factory is different diameter so a difference clamp needed. The details really matter and you you need to be aware of what you have and what you want to do.

Bonsoir or Bonjour !

Thank you for your response. What do you think about the Quadratec link? Would it be compatible with Fox® Racing Shox 983-02-148 ?

Yes, you would take the JL specific end off the FOX and that leaves a 1/2" hole/bushing. That then bolts onto the collar for the Synergy part you link.

The stud for the Synergy part goes in the track-bar axle side mount and the other end of the SS goes ove it.

You just need to be aware to buy the correct Synergy with the collar the size you need for the tie rod you have - which you've mentioned.

Hi John,

Thank you very much for your answer. I copied these two images, and put my comments. Would you have a few more minutes to confirm that I really all understood

Hi,

Yes, in the first photo the comments are correct. When you take off the threaded part the JL bracket bolts to you will be left with a hole that the Synergy 1/2 bolt goes through.

The other way to do this would be to order:

https://www.amazon.com/Fox-Shocks-803-02-039-Mounting-Aluminum/dp/B013G3MGIG

and

https://www.quadratec.com/p/synergy-manufacturing/track-bar-stabilizer-stud-wrangler-jk-jl-8806-01

That way the clamp also says Fox.

A few dollars more.....

I’m lazy...didn’t want to mess with any of that, I just ordered the one for JK , with a 1-1/2” tie rod clamp, since I have the synergy tie rod, If you have factory tie rod , you’ll need the 1-5/8”’clamp..... but , who knows when I’ll actually get it, I ordered in mid March, then all hell broke loose, so I wait...........
