Did the circle on the circular mount fit inside the circle on the bracket? In the instructions it looks like it is supposed to but mine doesn't. You can see what I'm talking about in one of the pictures.
I don't remember exactly how the bracket fit on, i just remember it was not an unbox and bolt on process. I had to loosen the set screws to twist it to make it line up with the way the bracket needed to be installed to fit on the jeep.

@Carlton i went ahead and crawled under the jeep. It looks like it did go in there.

Thanks for the info and the pictures. You really went above and beyond. This is very helpful.

Seeing that mine does not fit, I think I may call @Northridge4x4 prior to grinding it out as should not be necessary. I don't mind grinding it out but if it doesn't work I don't want it to look like I damaged it then complained.

I think mine would not fit one way, but then turned around or over it did. I remember thinking the same thing about the hole being small, but it is a perfect fit once the bracket was on the way it goes. At first when I had it backwards it did not fit. May want to play with a bit to see about flipping it over etc. and see if there is any way it goes on. Then if all else fails replace it. I would not drill out, it is such a tight fit it may never be quite the same.

and you are welcome, glad to help.

The problem is this thing hangs so low it's just asking to be destroyed. I changed mine out for a JK model that mounts above the tie rod.

You can buy the fox mount to mount to the tie rod like the JK version, then the synergy mount that replaces the track bar bolt and its the same. I wanted the JL version to run until i decide on my new tie rod. Then ill order the right clamp and move it. However, after 2 JLURs with the fox in the factory location, and some fairly heavy Wheeling on trails that push my limits it is undamaged. I know lots running in the factory location and are still ok. Its Its not an ideal spot, but knowing where it is makes it pretty easy to avoid hitting it.

I was able to reorientate the mounts by loosening the bolts. Then had to blue thread lock them and reinstall.

I used a dremel in the hole on the bracket so the mount would fit. Pretty much just took off the paint then it fit very snuggly.

The oem bolts for the axle side bracket have very shallow heads. They don't mesh up well with a socket (proper size socket) and slip. Made for some annoyance.

I test drove the jeep at asettings of 10, 15, 20, and 25. The jeep now feels like a go cart steering. Definitely more stiff turning left and right which I like. The wheel does not self center on the higher settings. I don't mind this but others may.

I landed at 17 for my setting that works great on and off road. On a long road trip 22 is really nice, but as you noted it starts to not center up around there.

I am still going to play around with it more. I mostly bought it out of boredom. $339 on black Friday so I figured that I'd give it a whirl.

Has anyone found the bracket required form switching it from a JL axle mount to the JK style tierod end mount? I bought the JL version and did not realize it was so difficult to find the parts to convert the stabilizer.

Yes, here are the part numbers:
(Synergy tie rod)(803-02-056) 1 1/2 inch Fox Aluminum Tie Rod Mount
(Factory tie rod and Yeti) (803-02-039) 1 5/8 inch Fox Aluminum Tie Rod Mount

then you just need the Synergy track bar bolt for the other end.

Thank you so much, I just switched the bracket over and have my stabilizer back on. Fox likes red loctite almost as much as FCA does for body mount bolts.

So I attempted this installation yesterday and that damn bracket wouldn't line up. I tried using a jack to apply tension but no luck. Did you guys have any issues with this? If so, any recommendations?
