Dang. All the good responses are taken. OK, I'm going with the visor fell down, knocked the cigarette out of the driver's mouth and set the greasy bag of onion rings on fire that the driver had set on the console. This caused the driver, who was holding his half pint of tequilla (a San Diegan thing, close to Mexico, you see), to drop it in the burning bag of onion rings. He bails, slapping his crotch to put out the flames. The amblance comes, and the rest is history. Fix those visors, people. Safety first.

amsoil would have prevented this. Or at least kept working while the fire raged.
