Damage report
-front bumper ruined (passenger side tow hook is not accesssible anymore, this added to problems last night)
-1 kikbax mirror ruined , had a good run, was 2 hours old (these are pretty tough btw)
-scratches everywhere
-side panels for soft top scratched to hell, decided to take them off while off-roading

Man off-roading doors off in electric mode was awesome. Glad I got to pop it’s cherry while the temp tags were still on.

nothing to put under the tires except dead branches. No anchors to pull the thing sideways. No shovel. No answer from local FB group with a few thousand members.

jacked up each tire twice

Called an uber. 45 mins ride home, get the truck, 45min ride back.

Dented front bumper, interior is totally caked in dirt, car has 300 miles on it

Yeah, my Rubicon experience made me switch to a Sport. Losing lockers in the middle of a run is not cool.

The beauty of the dreaded lunchbox locker. I have an aussie style up front (torq locker). Thing can't be more reliable than it is.

1) That front bumper is trash anyway. Time for an aftermarket with a real winch on it.
2) I don't know how this could have happened. How did the mirrors get ruined? next time, if doors off, take the mirrors off while offroading you dont need them.
3) I am sure they are superficial. How did you get the scratches? branches and stuff?
4) How? they got full of dirt/mud?. It looks like you threw them in the back like a rag lol. buy new panels and a storage bag for them.

What were you exactly doing for all of these to happen? I am just curious. I know weird and wild things can happen in NJ.

All minor imo. Coulve been worst right! at least you had fun. The body scratches can be fixed by a good detailer. That bumper doesnt work for what you intend to do with the Jeep anyway.

Not bad. IF you want to keep the stock bumper, you can get a cheap takeoff someone has replaced with aftermarket (you can swap out the hooks).

Definitely grab a storage bag for your windows, it straps to the rear seats (either in the "trunk" or in the seats). Hopefully they're salvagable.

A little compound and wax and should be good as new. Just wait till you tear off your first fender .

What an adventure! Glad you got your jeep back home without any serious issues.

A friend of mine worked as a camp counselor and said you could always tell how much fun the kids had by how dirty they are...so judging from your pictures you had a great time!
