Pre-2024 dash. They could've done UConnect 5 on a bigger screen without getting rid of the round center vents and the Nintendo Switch look by simply eliminating the pointless rubber bezel to use as additional screen real estate.

Likewise, aftermarket radios for 2024+ are going to require a lot of new dash pieces.

Shoulda’ made it a poll. Anyway, pre. The new dash is unbalanced with a big oversized sideways I-phone sticking out, the mismatched skinny rectangular vents

None... but it pays well.
Pre 2024 all the way... and tan interior Rubicon dash is the best. Glad to have no red. Oh i noticed the passenger grab handle. I had to get a Gladiator grab handle to remove the Wrangler embossment. Plane Jane aproach.

Pre 2024 for sure. I love the look/function of the round air vents much better, had a 24 as a rental and the new style of center vents don't seem to work nearly as well. Love the "leather" dash of mine too, easy to clean after wheeling, not sure how the fabric will do for that.

I love the dash in my ‘24 Rubicon and also loved the dash in my 2018. But, not trying to down anyone’s ride but, when I look at pre 24’s they all look outdated now and the screen is just too small for me. Doesn’t help that my F-150 has the 12 inch center screen.

They both look good and appropriate for the type of vehicle. I had no complaints with my '18 while I had it. The 24+ blows the old one out of the water in functionality, though. I don't think I could go back to the pre-24 screen.

Agree. I had a 2021 and now a 2024.

With use the 2024 setup is a great upgrade

I had a 2018, now a 2024. The new dash and unconnec is a welcome upgrade. Much more functional

Folks with a 23 and earlier prefer that style dash.

Folks with a 24 plus prefer that style of dash.

Pretty simple!
Huh? What was available when we bought our rigs new has just about nothing to do with what we prefer.

I prefer my 24 dash. I like the rectangle vents because I can point them at my body while the round ones are pretty much for your hands. My hands are already warm from the steering wheel heater. I also like the functional set up of the 24. It seems to be easier to navigate the screens. The Tom Tom maps also seem to be better.

It's of course just my opinion...
