  1. Tire Deflators

I had some APEX RPV Valves and they are extremely fast. They also have RCV air deflators that hook directly to the valve stem. I haven't used them but if they are the same quality as the RPV Valves they'd work excellent though not as fast as the RPV. RCV Valves RPV Valves
  2. Best Tool Kit Recs 2022 JLU Rubicon 4xe: New to Jeep

I have no idea how to do that but if you either tell me how or message me your email I can probably figure out how to email it to you :like: Edit: It's a Google spreadsheet.
  3. Favorite Off-Road Photo - Post Yours 🤳

I was looking though some old pics and came across this one from Moab Rim with my 2007. And this one with my 2005 LJ. We bought it and stuck a puck lift and 33x10.50R15's on it and ran the Rubicon 4 weeks after buying it. We ran it in one day...it was a long day.
  4. Adaptive Cruise - Is it worth waiting for?

I love it on my Jeep. Especially on the freeway. It saves a lot of aggravation for me. I can just set it and go the same speed as everyone else. I don't think I would buy another Jeep or car without it. My wife's Defender has it also. I highly recommend it. Also, the sensors aren't on the...
  5. Jack Stands being safe

I throw these on just to add a little more safety. I've never had a failure so I don't know if they will save me or not but I figure they can't hurt. Link
  6. Wiper blads (non-dealership)

I tried these and wasn't impressed. The premise is intriguing but they didn't work any better than your $10 wipers you can get at Walmart. Next I tried the Kimblade which were a little better but about the same. I use cheap Michelin wipers from Walmart right now. They do a decent job for...
  7. Have you added up what you have spent on your JL

Trust me the wife has never seen that number :) It helps that I have a very understanding wife. She loves to Jeep and ride around in it naked (the Jeep not the wife) ;)
  8. Have you added up what you have spent on your JL

I just looked at my spread sheet and it looks like I'm at $37,885. This includes some recovery items I intend on keeping if I ever get rid of it, which I never will. This also includes tires, etc over the 5 years and 148,000 miles I've had it.
  9. How Can We Help?

    You're awesome Benny! Thanks!
  10. How Can We Help?

Hi Benny, my USB-C quit working on my dash. The USB-A underneath it works so I think I've abused the USB-C so much it wore out or something. I was wondering if these plugs are replaceable? It looks like the two of them come out in one unit. If they are can you give me a part number. I'm not...
  11. Highest Mileage JL

Mines a 2.0 etorque (like I posted above, 148k) No major problems so far.
  12. Highest Mileage JL

I thought I was high with 148k. Great job using it!
  13. There was some mention of a Jeep having the name stamped into the sides of the hood

Looks like you could stack three or four "RUBICON" stickers on top of each other and even get more of the effect. I like the look.
  14. 4LO and Brakes

Sorry, I feel like I'm stealing the thread. OP, let me know if you want me to start a new thread. I just figured it can help both of us.
  15. 4LO and Brakes

I've done the abs bleed 5 times now and bled the brakes after I did it.
  16. 4LO and Brakes

I agree there is something wrong but the big question is what is the problem?
  17. 4LO and Brakes

I have the exact same problem. I just installed Teraflex Delta big brakes and they are doing the same thing. Around town they work great and the pedal feels good but get it in a step incline and the pedal goes to the floor. I've bled them a dozen times including the abs bleed to no avail. I've...
  18. EJS 2024. Who else is going?

I'm running Metal Masher on Wednesday. I'm in Salt Lake City so I'm going to take off at 3:30 in the morning to meet up with everyone at 8 am. I'll then drive back home after the run. It will be a long day but it will be worth it. I haven't run Metal Masher since 2007 so I'm excited to see how...
  19. UPDATE: How I solved my shimmy and DW - SOLVED - For real this time

I replaced the drag link, track bar, and tie rod with Teraflex units and still had the DW. I finally replaced the ball joints even though I had two different shops tell me they were fine. This took care of it. I'm solid now and don't cringe every time I'm coming up to a crack in the road. So...
  20. What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

I just put on the same Rival bumper except the stubby version without fog lights. Sounds like I dodged a bullet. The lower skid was a pain to do alone but other than that it was an easy install.
