I'm right behind you.I'm going on 72, so nope. My days of crawling under vehicles and wrenching are behind me.
Pretty tame stuff. Done for dramatic purposes (youtube). Reassembling is the part that needs care and, really, a stand spring compressor.

I'm a cheap sob and paying a shop to do the work that I enjoy as a hobby doesn't make sense.
As for the jeep I'm getting the regear outsourced as that's one thing I'd rather have someone else do for piece of mind

Haha Chevy 235 for my 51 chevy 3600, mostly stock, bored .040 over, Hei, split headers, just waiting on a $100 rear main seal to come in than it can get thrown back together. Crazy only one company makes it so a 10$ part can be upchargedTell us about the inline!!!!
