Got nothing for ya lol. My hard top is current under my porch with a tarp over it. Wish I had a spot to hang it. Gonna be a bear to clean it in the fall for reinstall. My soft top folds up nice and I hang that in my shed.

I own what I'll call 2.5 tops. I purchased the dual top option and bought a Bestop Sunrider: the latter I'll consider 0.5 a top.

As it regards soft top storage advice, if you too acquired your JLU new with the dual top option then you recall how the soft top probably came in this humongous box that took up the entire space behind the front seats.

Inside this box, if you still have it, is another large albeit thin box the soft top windows came in. If you still have this thinner "box in the box" I think it great to store the soft windows in when not in use.

2 hardtops . I finally have a matching hoist for the opposite side of the garage. Just need to find some wall space to hang 2 more doors.

If you have a 2 car garage, perhaps you could get a hoist with a platform to store the soft top.

Four (4) hardtops. That is because we have three Wranglers and a Gladiator in the family. Arizona is just too hot for a soft-Top..IMO

Don't envy me too much. The top hanging is for her Jeep, and if I started hacking away at it to make it modular I don't think she would be to pleased.

I went with the langes gen 2 hoist ao that I could store in the vertical orientation against back of garage. Still fit jeep in front of it. I looked at the ceiling mounted hoists but wasn’t crazy about it floating in the air with the kids around.

Hard top for winter. Stands up in the garage during the summer.
Soft top for summer. Goes in the basement during winter.
Jeep Mesh Sunshade for the in-between week when switching tops.

I use shrink wrap and wrap it up in that before storing it away. Keeps the fabric from getting too dusty or accidentally damaged.

We only have a soft top. I usually take the windows out and put it down sometime in May/June and back up in Sept/Oct.
