Rigged up a single Baja Designs S2 Sport as a reverse light. Tapped into the Hot and ground of the 7pin trailer hitch up behind the right rear tail light. The Baja bracket fit nicely to the stock bolt under the plastic bumper!!

@mdallas, nicely done. Please post a rear shot pic of your bumper showing this set up if you can. I have a set of Rigid backup lights I was planning on installing but your single S2 has me rethinking that plan.

Camera angle looks odd!

Thank you for the pic, I like it. Nice and straight forward install. Any issues with the light getting blocked over towards the driver side when you back up? Lastly, is that the work/ scene version of the S2, or the wide cornering? Sorry for hitting you with so many questions.

It is the work version. No it looks very centered. If I can remember I will take a pic of my screen tomorrow morning. It makes a huge difference when backing out of my garage and into the street.

Did you put any diodes in the wiring? Any pictures of it tapped into the 7 pin?

$14 is a long road away from the $130 Rigids I like! Can you share a picture of your setup?

I guess the factory steel bumper had the holes for which this type of light could be installed... I have the plastic, but I'm replacing it with steel, and it doesn't have the installation holes. I'm trying to figure out a way to mount lights.
Here are some pics I took today. I pointed the lights a bit outwards in order to light up the sides. We have people walking dogs late in the evening and it was always difficult to see them with the stock reverse lights when pulling out of the driveway. These lights definitely make a huge difference and I no longer have that problem. The stock led reverse lights were useless!

Nice... thank you. One question for you... any concerns about the passenger-side wire getting snagged & yanked off?
I didn't have any concerns until you'd mentioned it. Haha, I guess I'll have to tuck the wire up and tie it down better.

You put enough time & effort into it... I'm glad you can have a sense of humor about it. ;)

So I'm planning on adding the Ignite lights for reverse. My plan is to tap into the White with orange stripe wire out of the trailer wiring for power to both lights (with a diode after the tap). I also plan to run a wire from the Aux switch into the power of the lights (with diode). Does anyone see any issue with this? Has anyone tried this setup before?
