I respect people who are willing to travel a great way to get a better discount, but I suspect that they’ve never taken a long trip in a Wrangler. I took a thousand mile trip a dozen years ago and I’m still recovering.
I just went on a 2500 mile trip in an old 4Runner with worn shocks and loved every moment of it :D I drove to Crater Lake National park and back to AZ! When the diesel Jeep arrive, i will drive the living dinosaur out of it.. At least it has auto high beams and speakers.. and functioning shocks :DI respect people who are willing to travel a great way to get a better discount, but I suspect that they’ve never taken a long trip in a Wrangler. Me and you are in the same situation! I was hoping i would fly to Idaho tomorrow to pick up the diesel Jeep but its stuck somewhere in Utah.. We might both be on the same delivery truck! Seems that they shipped all diesels at once! :DMy diesel has been sitting in the SLC rail transfer yard waiting for a ride to Idaho since Monday (ordered 7/7). SO CLOSE! Were really hoping to pick it up this weekend but no chance now.
Nice!!! My dealer let me know yesterday my Jeep will be here 9/29-10/2. Ordered 8/12.Was able to pick it up this afternoon. The diesel is just awesome. Was also the simplest most painless pickup process ever with Rob from Irvine. Whole thing was done in 10 minutes.
