The Diesel has been announced and we have been told it will be available in Q4. Today is day 1 of Q4. Any dealers showing the diesel option on their dealer ordering system yet?

I called 3 dealers yesterday, 2 in Ca and 1 in Vegas. The order banks are not up yet.

Won’t be open until CARB/EPA stop dragging their feet with emissions cert. Expect to see the 3.0 Ram 1500 get certified first with the JLU 3.0 within a few weeks of that.

Realize that Q4 means December 31, 11:59pm, in the Hawaii time zone. Actually, they claim that the diesel Wranglers will be at dealers by the end of the year, so I am hoping that the October order guide (due any day now) will have the order information. If not, we will wait for the November order guide.

Given they hadn’t even settled on pricing for the 3.0 option as of 9/26, my money is on November order guide at the earliest and wouldn’t be surprised one iota if December is the reality.
