Mine is still in D status (not D1 so not scheduled).

Anyone else that ordered the 3.0 having any better luck?

Mine was also in D a few mins ago according to Jeep Chat. I asked if any insight on epa approval date. Beth-Anne looked but found no new info on that.

    Ordered on 10/12. Received VIN & D status on 10/14. 10/22 still D status.
Wondering when the build will actually begin.

I imagine we’ll all be in D status until we see an article about EPA mileage being official. I’m not gonna check status again until then. Might as well keep checking out everyone else’s cool Jeep pics on here until then like me ;)

Just checked Jeep Chat. Still in D status. I asked about EPA and got a snipy "There is no information about that and you have only been in D status 7 days. I can take as long as 30 to gather the parts."

They gave me the "30 days to gather parts" line when I checked yesterday too

When I read “gather the parts” I picture some robot pushing a shopping cart around a busy factory, tossing parts into it and getting into arguments with other robots who are gathering the parts for their builds, getting frustrated while waiting for certain parts, going to sleep at night still waiting...

Still an upgrade from 11/25 if true lol. Though I suspect that’s a canned response they use regardless of circumstances. I’ve also stopped checking in with them until the EPA waves their wand.

my guess is Jeep chat doesn’t really have a clue on the diesel builds and they are just seeing D status and informing us all base on other builds and time lines. They have mentioned before that the production isn’t going to start till 11/25 so I would bet all of us will be in the same d status until production starts. Just my Guess

Well there will be some time from D1 to actual “production”, but yea, zero builds go anywhere for the foreseeable future. 11/25 has not been substantiated by anyone I’d consider a trusted source of information but we’ll see.

The 11/25 date for production has been confirmed so it’ll be interesting to see how they sequence the backlog of orders to go down the line in a couple weeks.

Wooot!! Add me to the list:

    JLUR Diesel in Sting Gray
All options except Steel Bumper Group and MOPAR Hinge-Gate Reinforcement. I'll have after-market bumpers/tire carrier before the Jeep even gets here.
