Yeah Anvil is the best color they've ever done, and I was trying to wait out for it to see if 2022 would get it. I figured there was a high chance, since they recently brought it back for use on the Power Wagon. But...2022 wait has continued to drag on and on so I went ahead and ordered Hydro.

IF they do end up offering Anvil for 2022 I'll be pissed. But, with Earl 99.5% confirmed I would say it's unlikely.
Rhino is the color I wanted. I groan every time I see them on the road, but I also bit the bullet and went with Hydro Blue.

If they bring back Rhino for 2022 I will most definitely lose my shit.

Oh that is a solid color for sure. I must have missed that in the JK days!

There was a 2017 Rubi in Rhino down in Austin for $46K with like, 20K miles on it a few weeks back. I *almost* drove down there as it was beautiful and perfect and lovely.

But $46K for a moderately equipped 5 year old Rubicon vs $46K for a fully loaded 2021 Sahara Altitude with full warranty and all just didn't make sense.

I don't blame you. It makes no sense to buy anything used at this point unless you are in love with a unicorn color/package.

Can't wait to see what colors are coming up, I hope there's some more bright ones mixed in.

Yes Anvil is my all time favorite color and I am waiting to order a 2022 so if they do offer it I will change my snazzberry color to Anvil!!! Either way I hope I can order one of these two colors!!

I'll just wait impatiently for the July order guide, where I will most assuredly be greeted with terrible colors I don't want and nothing new for 2 doors.

I kid, I kid.

I'm sure one color will be good enough. Hopefully.

Respect you for waiting for the right color. It is hard to wait, but worth it in the long run.

The older you get, the more patient you become.

I remember going bonkers over Granite back in 2014 I think when it came out. I had a 2013 Commando green and was really close to trading it in. I ended up selling that 2013 when I moved long distance and missed it since.

Now that Granite is out there and I've seen it for a long time, I really cooled on it. I think it's just human nature. Hydro is a great color, but I've cooled on that to. I keep coming back to just White... but maybe this month a Tan or Earls Tea Grey will come out and be the right one!

Retirement age is 67 for a lot of people. The Average life expectancy used to be 78. Work for like 50 years to enjoy maybe 10-15 years? Possibly some of those years wearing Depends. No thanks.

I think it's the opposite after covid? I think a lot more people are rethinking how fragile life really is? Time seems to go by faster and faster every year as I get older. No one is guaranteed tomorrow. I don't want to waste a second of it. Lol.

After saying all that I am waiting for the 2022 model. Lol. Fingers crossed for a tan like Gobi or a new metallic silver or solid gray to replace Billet Silver and Sting Gray.

I hear ya on that!

I think we are in the same boat Viper. I don't "need" a new Jeep. I "want" one.

We can wait for new colors together!

Hope everyone get's their orders soon. My 392 has been stuck in D for two months. Here is the answer I got from the dealership today as I have been getting the same answer from Jeep Chat this whole time.

Odd that Hydro Blue would be holding builds up, I am seeing plenty delivered with people showing them off in the forum HYDRO BLUE Wrangler JL Club and many more in crypto stickers. BTW I'm waiting on a JLUR in Hydro Blue :giggle:

Yeah sounds suspicious to me as well... But if I play naive maybe its the combo of the 392 engine + Hydro Blue + Sky One Touch... Hahaha
