Do you know if there are other trucking companies Stellantis uses? Chapman PA is not listed on the Cassens pdf, unless I overlooked it.

Try looking for the dealer using their address. I tried looking for mine and it was listed by a different company name. I found it by looking up the city. Cassens said it couldn't find a VIN and dealer match and then Jeep Chat said mine was shipped by truck but I think they just told me that to get me to go away.

Thank you. It was under C&C Ford Sales. Per cassens search, they haven't had a delivery there since 11/9/21. Weird.

If anyone wants to track the status of their vehicle shipment, from Toledo to your dealer, you can get that info on the Cassens website (they ship FCA's vehicles). You'll need a VIN and your dealer's code: https://www.autonews.com/assets/pdf/Chryslerdealersremain.pdf

Mine doesn't even show up, says "Unable to find the given VIN / Dealer code. Please check and try again."

That means it hasn’t shipped yet or it’s shipped by truck.

Do you have confirmation of that? They told me mine shipped via rail a few weeks ago and then the last two Jeep Chat agents I talked to told me it shipped by truck. I stopped trusting anything they say long ago though.

At this point, it comes when it comes. Not holding my breath. It’s ongoing everywhere not just auto manufacturers. Until we can get people working again this is going to continue.

Oh believe me I know. We’ve experienced empty store shelves, restaurants that used to close at midnight now close at 6pm. I work in IT and have some laptops I ordered in September that didn’t arrive until last week and I’m still waiting on monitors that I ordered at the same time and they told me they don’t expect them to be here until April.
