Not bad considering my daughter has been learning to drive with my Jeep :like:

Wow... :surprised: Nice! :like:

I tried to teach my son to drive stick (Xterra Pro-4X) and for whatever reason could not figure it out. After one too many inadvertent trips over the islands in the middle of an empty parking lot we called it a day. Guess some were just never meant to drive a stick...

I was pretty impressed that the 2.0 can maintain 1-2 MPG when WOT from a stop. Most other vehicles I have driven are in the 3-4 MPG range.
It's a "jeep thing"

Gotta love full boost though, lol. My supervisor loves complaining about how the EcoBoost "Gets worse mileage" than the V8... take a ride with him and I see why as he's got a pretty heavy foot. I drive his truck and the computer is telling me close to 30 MPG at 65 MPH.

I'm close to the same mpg's as BR. It's at approx. 17 right now. I'm only right at 200 miles on the odo, so if it gets better as time goes that will be a plus. If not, I'm happy with it where it is now. I really didn't expect that much.
I'm reading about milage and I have to remember "it's a Jeep thing"!

Worst I got was 4.5 mpg 02 sensor went out and she was dumping fuel back to 16.3 now 37s lift winch etc.

On a side note been running Jeep naked for a week and the mpg has gone down guess a naked brick has even worse aerodynamics than dressed :turkey:

We just took JL to the coast of North Carolina (Southport). Leaving our house with 1100 miles on the odo, we drove 261 miles with speeds from 35 - 70 mph. The little computer thingy said it got 26.5 mpg. Not bad at all for a brick with 4 wheels, and a lot better than I expected.

Disclaimer: there are no mountains on the way to the coast from my humble abode. Just some hills, and they aren't that big.

On a 400 mile trip on our v6 JLUR (started with 950 miles on it) we got 17mpg. Adaptive CC set at 75mpg and a 10-20mph head headwind into storms. Hoping for better mpg on the return trip tomorrow. I have been getting 19mpg commuting in Atlanta prior to this.

Headwinds are mpg killers with flat nose vehicles. I lost about the same amount in an F-150 on one trip. Headwinds, and heavy rain dropped it way down.

Yeah but we just go to the depot and fill up. I'm only giving the units ID for fuel:like:
lol, well thats also 9 MPG if you're sticking to the roads. I'm pretty sure it was 2-3 when we were on patrol going overland, lol.

And yeah I'd probably pass out seeing an actual fuel bill for one.
