UPD catch can. I wasn't running this setup until my new motor, the Teraflex kit out of the box doesn't mount into RHD. You can read the full report here

Teraflex works well. I used to smoke all the time. Bad knock, low power etc. All with OEM cluster F**k setup. Teraflex stops the oil from getting into the intake in the first place. Seems to be no downsides.. Its a closed system, uses the oil filler cap as well as the normal intake port incline dependant..

When I first got my jeep it would ping real bad going up a hill in 4 wheel low
After installing the UPR catch can no more pining put it will fill up fast
I just ordered the new PVC valve and maybe that will help
On the URP can it has a 1/4 pipe plug on the bottom and I am thinking running a 1/2 hose to a larger can down near the frame with a drain
This should keep the upper UPR can empty as the oil will drain into the lower can keeping it away from the PVC hoses
I will be working on that soon and see how it works and post my results

I just replaced my PCV, too. Mine was in real bad shape, oil was leaking onto the back of the engine, and my catch can was filling up way too quickly. Hopefully this resolves that.

Technically no from our end but the TSB has this number listed, If this is an improved design I am not sure why Mopar does not forward all of them to this number from here on.

Hi Benny, I have a 2020 with a 3.6, manual trans., and just under 31K miles. I have spark knock even with 89 octane. Seems like I should replace the PCV and maybe run SEAFOAM through the throttle body. Just to be sure I buy their most current PCV, can you confirm the part number is 68210345AC? Many thanks!

Hi Steve,

Technically yes when looking it up in our parts catalog However there is a TSB that mentions using 68609110AA , The problem we are having when ordering this is that the original number is coming in the box.

We have another one in route for @CarbonSteel , Once we sort it out and see what the technical differences are we will post here. I would hold off for now until then please.

Thank you,
- Benny

Hi Benny, I purchased a new PCV from my local Jeep dealer (P/N 68210345AC), and installed it this morning. Low and behold, the original PCV in my 2020 3.6 was the same exact P/N, but the opening that is inserted into the passenger-side valve cover was smaller on the new one. Same exact part number but a slightly different PCV.

I should have taken a pic of the old OEM with the replacement. Both had the same part number but the new one has a somewhat smaller inlet opening. Was definitely a challenge installing the new one; taking the old off was also not easy…
