I ordered mine October 21st. I was told once like a month ago that all the parts were gathered. Then it went back to waiting parts. I am hoping it gets built now.

oh yeah, I got my VIN one day after I placed my order. My dealer told me at least 12 weeks. 1 down, 11 more to go (hopefully)

Same here. Eight weeks in and nothing but a VIN.

Well, after an email from Jeep Saturday informing me my Wrangler was due to arrive at the dealership the week of 2/14, I received a phone call before lunch today from my dealership saying my Jeep was in! Went to pick it up after work tonight & am in love! It's beautiful!!

Contacted JC yesterday for my weekly status update and I got the “parts are being scheduled to be gathered” lol, so I don’t know if that’s even D or not… but this morning (2 weeks to the day of ordering) I got the Jeep Wave welcome email with the VIN (not the delivery ETA email).

Yep. That's D status. I got the same message last night. I can check the status myself, but bothering them is kinda fun.

So average time is 3-4 month wait?

The current timeline may be slightly skewed due to the fact that many people placed orders 8 weeks before vehicles started being produced on 12/16/2021.

My timeline so far...

12/16/21 - Placed order with dealer (Hawk CJDR - Chicago, Jason Beltran)
12/17/21 - Dealer placed order with Jeep, received VON
12/20/21 - Received VIN from dealer (who probably had it earlier, I just didn't ask)
1/29/22 - Received Jeep Wave email saying ETA at dealer week of 2/28/22
2/4/22 - Received email from cryptostickers.com stating that my build sheet was available
2/7/22 - Inquired at Jeep Chat about my order and got the following response "Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle has been built and is pending installation of additional equipment. This is a necessary step when additional features or optional equipment packages are added to the vehicle. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided."
2/8/22 - Able to add new VIN to my Jeep Wave account and the vehicle shows now in My Garage

So it was 7 weeks from order to built... but now I'll have to await shipping. My initial expectation was end of March to middle of April, so if it arrives before then I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Based on your signature, the options that we both ordered:

1. 4XE
2. Trail Camera
3. Tow Package
4. Cold Weather Package
5. OWL tires

My money is on the Trail Camera being the thing that is taking the extra time here. Hopefully they actually have the parts...

Anyone else here order a trail camera? If so, how long did your Jeep stay in JB?

The trail cam is installed on the line as it's behind the grill. I looked at what's been recently updated on Crytostickers in the last week and the outstanding thing I noticed is that Rubicons (4XE, 392) have build sheets but no window stickers (indicating that many are also stuck in JB), BUT many more Saharas (4XE, etc) have stickers...so something unique to the Rubi is holding it up at the body vendor. JC has told me they have all the parts....but I'm not so sure. Something unique to the Rubi 392 and 4XE is holding it up. Originally, I thought maybe the 4XE hood decal was the hold up but many 392s are held up too...different graphics. So what could it be? Half Doors? Do you get those? Been in JB for 13 days now.

I was joking when I said this.

Then I got this response from Jeep Chat.

I thought for a minute maybe they actually did take parts off mine to prioritize the January orders. I think at this point they know the October people are already pissed off. So they prioritize the new orders to keep from pissing them off. The October people can only get so mad so screw 'em.

Yeah, I think Rebekah is too lazy to bother actually looking, she did the same thing to me...
