In working on my 2025 I've found a couple small but welcome design improvements. These might not seem like big deals, but they make it much easier to work on!
They moved the wiring for the integrated front offroad camera. In my 2021 the wiring harness was at the lower right corner. If you weren't careful it was easy to miss and you gould rip it out when taking the grill off if not careful.
On my 2025 the camera wiring is right behind the camera, next to the washer fluid hose connector. You can't miss it, much less likely to rip it out when taking the grill off.
Everyone knows about the redesigned grill, but most focus on the appearance and more open design allowing for more airflow. But there's also a less obvious change. The new grill doesn't extend quite as far down. This gives more room for winch wiring comign out of the back of the winch.
On my 2021 the I mounted my bumpers with longer spacers to push the bumper out from the grill to make room for the winch wiring. The winch wiring was still right up next to the bottom of grill and ended up wearing a small groove into the grill.
On my 2025, with the new grill I was able to use shorter spacers for the bumper, pushing it closer to the grill But since the grill doesn't extend as far down there is plenty of room for the winch wiring. The winch wiring doesn't even touch the painted part of the grill.
