I looked it up - the standard mopar window/lock/mirror control has two connectors for a total of ** 21 pins**. Like I said - impossible no, practical not as much. It also would be a different harness for 4 door vs 2 door. How many wires in the existing harness? You said the reason they don’t is because there would be a rats nest of wiring. They already have wiring. I don’t get why the window control isn’t on the door. There is already a harness you have to unplug when you remove the doors as it is.
I wonder why they don’t switch to a usb type system and keep the plug simple?I looked it up - the standard mopar window/lock/mirror control has two connectors for a total of ** 21 pins**. Cool with me posting this on “First World Problems” forums? Not sure how it is on an automatic, but on the manual, when in first gear I almost have to contort my hand around the shifter to get to the window control. Odd. 99 percent of the time I'm putting the window down when I'm in first gear, at drive throughs and such.
I agree, I want the auto up but I like the location on the switches.don't have a problem with the location, eventually it will feel natural and previous model had same location with I assume few complaints, but I agree on the auto up function, could may be just a software upgrade (after market?) down the road...
Bluetooth! It's so you can roll up the windows when the doors are off
