I have been trying to find out the technical differences across Sport, Sahara and Rubicon shocks for the past 15 years and still haven't found out anything specific. That is besides the mambo-jumbo on the Jeep website.Aldo, I’ve always wondered about the Sahara shocks. My wife has a 2020 Sahara JLU. Her build sheet says “Heavy Duty Suspension w/Gas Shocks.” It felt no different than my base 2018 Sport, or my 2021 Rubicon (all four door). All of these vehicles we lifted with Fox 2.0 shocks, with a noticeable improvement. I’ve tried to research the difference with the Sahara shocks, but found nothing tangible from trusted websites, including Jeep.com. What is the real deal with this? Thanks!
I agree: the Fox 2.0 shocks are sweet!
