Hi All, I want to buy a wrangler but confused between so many Choices. Need guidance….
I am a regular city driver, yearly commute around 10000 miles, my off road drive limited to beach drive ( I am from Florida). I love wrangler for its look, several times rented and now I want to buy. I am bit fascinated about big tires with deep threads. No other requirements
I have gone through all trim and all variants and stuck between 2 trims - Sahara regular and willys sport with ER. Not sure though ER will be any use for me or not.
also confused between 2.0 turbo and 3.6 v6 engine - reviews of 3.6 is bit better. 2.0 probably gives better mileage per gallon but it requires premium gas so benefits even out.
Can you please guide me….

I have a Willys XR with the 2.0 and avg. between 21-22 mpg with various driving. I have put on over 9,000 miles in 6 1/2 months of ownwership. I drive it daily and couldn't be happier. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Willys XR with 3.6 eTorque. Mine's been perfect and 22-24 mpg consistently. (Mines not an XR).
Plenty of posts here to explain the reasons for NOT getting the ESS with the AUX battery. Total PITA.
My auto trans has been perfect and butter smooth.
Welcome. Some great info here.

Keep us posted.

Can I get a bigger tire with more threads if I don’t go for XR option?

Thank you, same here
I believe you can't get the Alpine stereo with the Willys Sport. Also, Willys comes standard with the auto unlock feature on the handles, Willys Sport doesn't.

Can't tell you..shhh
Willys. I work with a guy that got the Willys Sport and he loves it. I'm not entirely sure of the differences tho.
The Willys sport has manual locks, mirrors, and windows and you can order more options with the Willys. The Willys is built on the Sport S and has more creature comforts.
