I've never been but looking at photos it seems to be mostly dirt trails with some voluntary obstacles if you want to test your vehicle or practice approaches. Stock JLs tend to be pretty capable, and I don't foresee you having too many issues out there.

For what it's worth, this summer I spent a lot of time on the road driving between San Jose, Modesto and Sacramento with the doors and top off. I haven't had any issues with it.
