I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Swaykill should be completely disabled if cruise is on, but there are situations where it gets enabled when you slow down after using cruise. It's a nasty bug that Tazer has been unable to replicate.The above matches my experience, with the exception that at least some of the time mapped buttons are disabled with cruise control engaged.
I'd also note it's very possible to press the mapped Swaykill button while moving and never initiate it at a stop. The brake pedal must be depressed far enough to trigger it.
