I have never unmarried a programmer for an oil change/tire rotation. Chances are your Jeep was never hooked up to any computers or diagnostics looking for codes or flags.I cannot say anything is absolute as I just do not know all of the details. But what I can say, and I posted it earlier, is that I took my JL in for service last week after un-marring and removing the Tazer JL and I did not hear anything back from them regarding it or anything else for that matter. Performed the oil change and rotated the tires and again, they did not ask me anything about it.
Just an FYI.
Not sure your warranty can be voided on a new vehicle unless they can tie the failure back to something you have re-programmed.
I had a diablo tuner with hemi fever in my truck that I never took out because it required a PCM module change, the dealership never said anything in fact they were more interested in the tune aspect of the programmer than what it did to the trucks computer.
