Tazer programmer?

Hello,

I'm going to order the Z Automotive Tazer programmer. Do I need both the programmer and the JL lite? Assuming the JL lite is the bypass that gets plugged in under the dash?

The Tazer devices are the programmer and bypass. in one device. You do not need a separate bypass. You need the Tazer JL Mini or the Tazer JL Lite depending on how much you wish to spend and the features you require. They are essentially the same device, with the Lite having less features than the Mini. A Lite can be updated to a Mini. Both act as security bypasses when connected under the dash.

If you decide to invest in a Tazer from Z Automotive (it's a really great product) be sure to invest in the Security Gateway Extension Cables. It makes future installation and removal of the Tazer so much easier as it it connected way up in under the dash behind the OBDII port.
