So if Google is right 30K. Is that a Rubicon or Sahara? I would think Indias roads would be HD Toyota territory so might have some decent running gear. Or a complete piece of junk. I wonder if they are going for Mahindras line of the Willys jeep? Its a cool but not cool rip off. Possibly FJ who knows.

Stellantis did have two Jeep plants in China, one just closed in September due to sluggish sales. Wonder why they’d make this knockoff thing if Jeeps aren’t selling over there?
Interestingly, Jeep was one of the first US car brands to import parts from China and have a presence in China back in the early ‘80’s. A book was written in 1989 called “Beijing Jeep” about America’s first foray into the Chinese auto market. Jeep has a very long history with China.

When I was in China in 2008, I didn't see a single Jeep or even a copy. At that time Volkswagen was #1 and Buick was #2. Chevrolet was making Inroads as police cars. Buick was considered a status symbol. Driving one told everyone you had made it! Lol.
