I think maybe the next step is try to find someone with an extra set of known good wheels/tires to see if that changes anything. Maybe it’s the steel wheels and 35’s (they’re about 110lbs a piece) that’s over stressing the suspension?
Did you end up trying this? I have the same issue as you and am upgrading to Dynatrac ball joints and Reid Knuckles soon.

I swapped wheels w/ a well balanced, new set and the vibration between 50-60 is still there, which rules out tires ?.

No, I was never able to find anyone with an extra set. I haven't replaced the wheels and tires yet. I did go to a third shop and had them check my alignment after I installed the teraflex control arms. Alignment was good, and they rebalanced my tires, this time with the clip on weights on the outside rim instead of the stick on weights. That seemed to help some, plus they rotated the tires again....the vibration feels different, like its coming from the rear. Its hard to explain but it felt like it was in the steering before and now its doesnt. I also increased my tire PSI from 30 to 37-38.
All in all its still there, though like before not all the time, but it seems reduced. Im at a loss at this point.

Interesting. They balanced and rotated tires and now vibration feels like it shifted. Maybe you’ve isolated the offending tire(s) in the rear now?

Did you ever figure this out? Having the same issue after installing my MC arms and steering.

Ever since I Installed my Metalcloak lift I've had a steering wheel shimmy between 45 and 55 mph. Stock wheels and tires and even worse with 37's on beadlocks. It doesn't always happen, but more often than not. I've replaced / upgraded the entire steering system with MC parts as well as well a Rusty's track bar brace. The only things left to replace are the ball joints and knuckles. Strange that it happened immediately after the lift, and not really sure why that would cause it. I suppose I need to jack it up and check the BJ's. If they are bad, then Dynatrac will be going in for sure.
I've got the exact same thing. MC GC 3.5" lift, 37X12.50 KM3s, MC HD steering, intermittent vibration that came and went especially at highway speeds. I just installed Dynatrac HD Ball joints and I can still feel a vibration, just not quite as bad.

The only thing left that it can be is the tire or the knuckle. The hub bearings were checked when the ball joints were installed.

Caster is just over 6deg. I've adjusted my toe in/out in case that was contributing with no luck, added the front drop brackets for the control arms. I'm frustrated to say the least.

Mystery indeed. My vibration between 55-60MPH significantly improved after installing RCVs. Knuckles and BJs didn’t yield as much of an improvement for me. I still wonder if it’s the unit bearings.

I've eliminated all wobbles and shimmys by replacing my tires and having them spin balanced instead of using balance beads. Like you, I've thrown parts at the problem since day one and the only thing left was tires. I borrowed a buddy's tires to test that out. He was running the exact tires as me on different beadlocks, but his were spin balanced. The result was dramatic, lol.

Make sure you “road force” balance your tires. I was dealing with balance issues at 60 mph plus some steering wheel kick with hitting bumps at high speed. My problems were mostly eliminated after road force balancing. Old fashion dynamic spin balancing is less effective.

curious if anyone has found a resolution to the wobble. I too, have this problem. I am running a 3.5" lift with new 37" Cooper STT Pro MT's. This wobble showed up after moving from 35's to 37's.

Good luck with the Coopers. I had them in a 35” on my JKUR. They were great offroad, but keeping them balanced was a chore.

Coopers aside, when you added a lift and bigger tires, did you do anything with your steering stabilizer?

My vibration is still there. I’m going to swap wheels w/ my cousin one last time to fully rule out the tires. The only thing left would be bearings.

My vibration was due to the wheel bore on my Dirty LIfe wheels. The JL axle hub bore diameter is 71.5 and my wheel bore was 78.1. I got a set of hub centric rings 71.5/78.1 and it smoothed everything out. It was amazing the difference they made.

I am having the same issue with my dirty life bead locks and nitto trail grapplers in 37”, I just ordered a set of the rings.
