2019 stock Rubicon. Noticed this on the way home from picking it up new from the dealer. Even called them on the way home to document. Consistent and repeatable. Don't really feel it through the steering wheel. Dealer has rotated the tires and replaced the rear drive shaft. Problem persists. Dealer can't find the problem nor can an independent shop. Jeep is going to send someone out the drive it and look at it. Anyone else had this problem and resolved it?
Thanks.

First guess is tire out of balance. If you rotated front-back it might persist but would feel different and far less noticeable if it’s in the rear position. Second guess would be rear drive shaft but you’ve tried that. Possibly a loose or bent steering component?

Usually if a vibration occurs at or between certain speeds only, it’s an out of balance tire.

A tire can be out of round. Have them road force balanced. Make sure the tech is properly trained and the machine is updated and calibrated. I went through 6 sets of tires on my HD before finding a decent set.

Check your rear driveshaft alignment (3 yellow dots) on rear yoke, drive shaft and transfer case yoke. Transfer case dot was off about 15 degrees. I realigned now vibration is gone. Dealer blamed it on tires, Jeep has zero modifications 2dr rubicon. Vibration since new now has 12k miles.
