FINALLY got the drag link out of the pitman arm!!!

Wasted about 2 hours and had to modify the pitman arm puller (not wide enough to clear the outside of the pitman arm):

Was easier to access the pitman arm when I turned the steering wheel AND had the radiator fan out.

Also forgot, I installed the new Coolant overflow tank, which wasn't bad. ALL the videos I found on this replacement was for the JK or the only JLUR was some guy who fudged the removal.

So tip to hose doing the Coolant Tank replacement on a 2019+ JL 3.6L

Undo the 2 tank bracket nuts on the upper part of the bracket. Then start trying to lift the bracket & tank together (you will get resistance). I took my long hand pry bar and got underneath the center of the underside (directly below those 2 stud locations as it is just a rubber part that pops in a hole (similar to the bottom of the Air Intake box). Once popped out, the rest is easy peasy... 10mm screw out bottom of tank, with a screw driver unto bottom Coolant tank connector. Put new tank in and just reverse the process.

Thanks @Roky & @Maverick909! What "Drag Link" are you both speaking about?

As for the Dynatrac HD ball joints, I had already planned to have to do this as I have 114K miles on the Jeep...BUT I did do the test and NO play/wiggle right now.
I’m running synergy’s hd drag link and factory tie rod. With a Jks track bars

FINALLY ALL DONE…Steer Smart Steering Stabalizer mounting bracket came in….

I read the whole debate about keeping the steering Stabalizer off or putting it back on…

MY opinion….keep it ON….I can tell you after driving without it for 2 days and now just test driving it right after putting it on…world of difference.

With it off, you felt EVERYTHING through the steering wheel. Also I felt I needed to get a real alignment as it would veer slightly when I would let go of the steering wheel.

With it ON, you feel comfortable and feel what you need to through the steering wheel. Also, I let go of the steering wheel and it drove straight as an arrow (yay me for self alignment 🤗🤗🤗)
