If you had to choose the perfect steering stabilizer for your set up which one would you go with? For us, it's between the FOX 983-02-148 2.0 Factory Race Series, ATS Steering Stabilizer, Wrangler JL, Gladiator JT ( FOX 983-02-148 2.0 Factory Race Series, ATS Steering Stabilizer, Wrangler JL, Gladiator JT ) or the TeraFlex Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Steering Stabilizer Fast Adjust 3 Settings; Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT ( TeraFlex Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Steering Stabilizer | Jeep JL & JT ) what are your thoughts?

I spent my money on quality steering and suspension so I didn't have to waste money on an expensive stabilizer.

Metalcloak Rocksport red steering stabilizer relocation kit. Bought for under $200 on sale 2 years ago. I have other Jeep things I’d rather spend my money on than bougee steering stabilizers. No mall cred but it works just fine.

I was looking at Metalcloaks HD steering system and it said the stabilizer relocation required at least 2” of bump stop to clear the frame. I take it that the relocation works just fine on an XR Rubi with the factory lift?

It worked for me with the stock XR suspension.

The AEV one is the best to control bump steer and any shimmy when hitting big bumps, BUT, it pulls slightly to one side. The Fox 2.0 TS (much cheaper than the ATS/Falcon) is nearly as good (but not quite as good) and has zero pull. I personally had both and I'm sticking with the Fox TS because of the zero pull on the highway.

I installed the AEV/Bilstein SS with a relocation bracket and drove it for a couple of years. I didn't like the way it pushed in one direction because of it's gas charge. I swapped it out with the TeraFlex 9550 SS which isn't charged and I like the results. Much firmer than the OEM Mopar SS and a lot cheaper over the Fox and other through shaft SSs. So far I like the control and function of the TeraFlex.
