EC steering stabilizer vs RTC stabilizer

Hi I am new to wrangler
I was searching stabilizer and found the post about roadmaster EC stabilizer and many ppl said it is great for on road driving.
I just wanna know is there any difference compared to traditional RTC steering stablizer? Because I could hardly find anyone using the RTC for their wrangler build while RTC has been used for many years in other vehicles.
There must be a reason that wrangler drivers never use RTC.

Because it can't be relocated.
It's fine if you need a street Jeep to tow behind an RV or something but it's not useful for off-road use, you'll just crush it on the rocks or whatever and mess it up.
