SOMEONE PLZ HELP

in my jeep, there is literally no electricity and it won't start and the lights in the interior didn't even turn on when I opened the door it's like 8 months old so I don't think it's the battery because its a new car. but I still have no idea what to do its sitting in my garage right now completely dead while I'm at school and I can't stop worrying about my baby. any advise would be great

have it towed to dealer and they will fix it under warranty, might take a few days but they will fix it,probably bad aux battery, think i've heard issues about those

Pretty positive it’s gonna be the battery. From what I’m hearing, the Mopar battery isn’t the best, and is prone to fail. I also recommend you get it towed in and let the dealer take care of it.

Please calm down. These things happen. Not sure if you know, but your Jeep has 2 batteries because of the start/stop system. There's a main battery (the larger of the 2 and the one you see under the hood) and a smaller auxiliary batter (which is hidden under the main battery and fuse box). It definitely sounds like you have a battery issue that will be covered under warranty. You just need to get your Jeep back to the dealer and give them time to fix it.

Two grief professionals will need to be in the session. One will be a professional with at least 10 years experience and a PhD and a second 'auxilliary' intern will be there to observe and follow up.

The OP's vehicle is 8 months old. The battery will be covered.

Man, that is rough! sounds like the battery. Does anyone know what group size these jeeps have? If it is not covered under warranty I would not pay for an OEM battery, there are better choices out there.

Sorry about what sounds like a dead battery. Hopefully an easy fix and 100% of it and a loaner should be covered by your warranty.
