For those of you that may not know and are looking for upgraded knuckles with high steer/higher ground clearance. https://www.rockjock4x4.com/RJ-440001-101

It is also available with a PSC/ram mount instead of stabilizer.

Has to be used with the RJ steering.

Good option to get rid of those aluminum knuckles and recommend replacing ball joints at same time as we all know the factory ones are straight garbage.

I'm a John Currie/ rockjock fan for life now. I will only use their parts unless they don't offer what I need.

I’m probably going this route……

But if I stay with steel, RJ is my backup
plan….Apparently it’ll be a minute, I can’t kill my current setup, and I’m having a hard time justifying replacing just because…..? …. Besides my rig is so dialed in right now, I don’t want to fuck it up on purpose….?

The Currie setup looks nice, but I doubt the ram system works on an axle that has a truss on it. ☹

Mine just showed up. Once I finish my fence, add cedar to the inside roof of the new covered patio, re-side the east side of my house that I tore off to put the patio on, build a shed and get some landscaping started I should have time to get it installed :CWL: I'm supposed to start the kitchen remodel too but I think I have the wife convinced to wait until after the holidays.

if someone sneaks over with a sawzall and cuts your tie rod in half would that give you an excuse to install it sooner? just wondering

probably take a bit of trimming on the 2 ears that got around the axle, would probably have to cut them off or shorter and weld them to the truss, but not entirely sure.

I got to see these knuckles, along with a lot of other new front end goodies, at the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Furthermore, I got to meet John and we must've spent about an hour talking about his new front end components. He's a great guy.

These are a few of many detailed pics I took of this display...

Those front end components are very interesting and quite innovative. Definitely out of the box designs, but in a good way. Like you eluded to, those knuckles need to be paired with the new steering linkages and front track bar to reap the full benefits of high steer without loss of uptravel due to clearance issues.
